| General Specifications:
Backups:
It is recommended having some backup solution in place that is tested frequently. The backup solution needed depends on the practice size and amount of data to be backed up. It is recommended to have rotational media such as LTO2+ tapes that are rotated daily and taken offsite along with having a permanent onsite backup storage device such as a NAS or external drive media.
Antivirus:
It is recommended having a corporate antivirus solution on each server and workstation on the network.
Network Infrastructure:
We require a minimum of a 100Mbps switched network. We do not support anything less than 100Mbps or Hubs on the network.
Wireless:
If using wireless we recommend a Terminal Services Server that all wireless users log into. We also recommend a minimum of Wireless G that is encrypted with a minimum of WEP security.
Remote:
For any remote users we recommend a VPN solution for remote access. Remote users would require the use of a Terminal Server for remote access.
Software:
All Workstations must have .net 2.0 or above.
If the Template Module is requested then Office 2003 or above is required
